These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of SecureView (Saleem Khan). Your continued use of the Extension after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
SecureView is a Chrome browser extension that tracks your active browsing time per domain, categorizes visited websites, and presents daily usage summaries. It is designed as a personal productivity and self-awareness tool. Your browsing records are stored locally on your device. Sites that the built-in rule set cannot classify are sent to a cloud AI classification service running on Amazon Web Services — this happens automatically and is not something you opt in to; the "Force AI Classification" setting extends it to every site. Only the URL, hostname and page title are sent (see our Privacy Policy).
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SecureView. By using the Extension you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SecureView solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

All rights, title, and interest in SecureView — including its source code, design, icons, and documentation — are owned by Saleem Khan. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
SecureView is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that categorization results will be accurate in all cases.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saleem Khan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SecureView, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension (which, if free, is zero).
We may release updates to SecureView at any time. Chrome may install updates automatically. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice or liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be published at https://dev.secureview.websaleem.com/terms.html with an updated date. Continued use of the Extension after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is domiciled, unless prohibited by local law.
